Today we're gonna take a look at the Brass Battery Top Post Bolt Extender. This is designed to fit the batteries with top post terminals. This will attach to the battery cable bolt, and it enables hookup of your direct to battery auxiliary connections for accessories such as 12 volt leads or brake controllers. Diameters on this is 5/16 of an inch, total overall length is 1-7/16 of an inch, the thread on this that's designed to thread onto your battery cable volt is 5/16 by 18 threads per inch. Exactly what I wanted and knew existed but couldn't find locally. I needed the added lug space to wire in a converter in my RV. Interesting to note that my local battery shop tried to sell me a combination of wires and terminal strip that were unnecessary and crazy expensive. Your stand-offs worked like a charm at a fraction of the cost.
This was needed to add more wiring for a new usb, auto plug to my trailer. This enabled me to add the extra wiring. Easily fit the battery posts. Good fit.
Battery terminal extension posts worked great & were perfect for adding a winch to my battery-direct connected devices.
Bought 4 of these for my solar battery bank. They were exactly what I needed for my Trojan T-105's. Always more lugs to connect to the batteries in solar applications. Made of brass, very durable and noncorrosive. I very highly recommend this product for this or similar applications.
I ordered a couple of these for my RV, making checking the water level in my batteries easier. I feel They are of good quality and hope to get many years of service out of them.

Worked exactly as planned! Surprised I cant find these locally but theyre nowhere to be found. Will be ordering another set for my toolbox -never know when youll need to add more accessories and these make it easy!
