I ordered an extra set to carry with me just in case something broke or I lost something from my original set during vacations. These or a perfect fit on my Cipa towing mirrors. Thank you for a wonderful product.
One of the mirrors fell off while driving and the wedge could not be found. I hAd to buy a complete set of wedges to replace the one that was lost. To avoid further loss of parts, I attached the wedges to the mirror with small hinges, so if the mirror falls off again, the wedge will remain attached to the mirror. The angle of the wedge also contributed to the mirror falling off while driving.

The angle of the wedge is essential to proper fit because as you tighten the plastic knob, it pushes that wedge into your factory mirrors, making sure they stay in place. Please take a look at the attached video at the 2:24 mark to see what I mean.

I have not had to use the spare parts for the Cipa mirrors yet because the originals are still good. I still carry the extra parts with me just in case. Thanks again.
