Pre-Galvanized Steel
Pre-galvanized steel parts are stamped from a sheet of steel after it has already been galvanized. The galvanized coating is very thin (0.45 oz. on each side).

Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the replacement upright for CE-Smith roller style guide-ons for boat trailers. Now again, this is designed to replace an upright tube on a roller style guide-on for boat trailers. And it is a direct replacement for part number CE27610. If you want to see what that part is, you can check out that part number at etrailer.com.The support post clamps onto the top or bottom of your trailer frame and then you can see here how it's a nice angled design. This one contains a 75 degree bend. Mounting hardware to get this attached to your trailer frame is not included so you either need to get new hardware or use your existing hardware.
It is constructed of pre-galvanized 16 gauge steel. It's very strong and durable, does a great job of resisting rust and corrosion.When it comes to the dimensions of the post, I took a measurement as if this was sitting just like this on a trailer frame. So from the top of this table right here going straight up to the upper most point, which is actually this edge right here, I got a measurement of 18 and three quarter inches tall. And then it's an inch and a half by inch and a half tubing. Also I took a measurement from the very front, or this point, edge.
This edge of the unit to the furthest back point, which would be right here. And I did that at a straight line measurement and that measurement was 21.5 inches. Again, the bend degrees is 75. This part number comes with one post.And then the last thing I wanted to mention is the whole separation measurement. So center on center between these two holes is two inches.
And center on center between the square holes is 6.25 inches. That's going to do it for today's look at the replacement upright for CE-Smith roller style guide-ons for boat trailers.

I bought this roller guide for my jetski hoist. When I opened the box, I was surpised to find that it contained only one guide and not two. My fault I guess. I didn't see that it was just one guide and not one set of two.

This is the 9-inch black rubber roller and galvanized steel square tube together as one assembly. For just the steel upright use part # CE27609PG-1. You will need to drill this to accept the roller mounting hardware, not included.

As long as the guide on upright on your Wesco trailer has a 1-1/2" square opening then you could likely make the CE Smith endcaps work.
