This item arrived in good condition and was a well made good quality item. The installation was a snap and took about 5-10 minutes. The only problem I had was one of the PVC post would not slide over the metal post. The other one went on no problem. I called ETrailer Customer Service and received a replacement PVC piece at no charge and it fits and works just fine. Very pleased with the product and with ETrailer Customer Service.
Excellent speedy and courteous service. The guide post PVC covers worked like a charm on our Moomba trailer and we were able to throw away the ratty old foam covers. I ordered at 11 pm at night and my items had shipped by 4 am next day!
