We have had great experience with eTrailer, These parts came in as described.

by:

Etrailer was on point. Had the part and it was picked and shipped on a Sunday asap. The tracking information from the usps wasn't updated till the day of delivery which had me sweating, but Etrailer was awesome!

by:

Great quality

by:

Right parts, good price, fast shipping.

by:

Great job!

by:

Perfect fit, help articles gave me enough information to replace entire suspension system on my toyhauler with no previous expirience. Quick shipping, i will be repeat customer

by:

Great service, free shipping, received product within 2 days of order. Also ordered the Lippert Never Fail Suspension Upgrade Kit with this equalizer. Looking forward to suspension bushings that don't wear out every couple of years.

The new TruRyde equalizers were an exact match to the old ones. I replaced the bushings that came in them with the Lippert Never Fail bushings before installing them. A year and 4,900 miles later, the new equalizers and Lippert bushings totally corrected my tire wear issues.

by:

Fit perfect, good quality and received in a timely manner.

by:

Excellent as always Thank You

by:

Looks good, work perfectly

by:

While we haven't travelled with our 5th wheel yet since installation of our new springs and and the Lippert Never Fail Suspension Upgrade Kit, I am very pleased so far. All of the parts arrived in less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order and etrailer representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything looks great.

by:

Nice solid product. I set mine up on 29 & 1/2 centers using 25 1/4 inch springs and 2.5 inch hangers and these came up a little short, shackle straps were about at 40 to 45 degrees rather than the reccomended 10 to 20 degrees. Rather than break the tack welds and move the outside hangers in a little closer I ordered a slightly longer equalizer that is also galvanized. I would recommend the hanger centers be 28.5 to 29 inches w/ this equalizer. Tack weld first and check set-up before finish welding!

by:

My old bushings were worn completely out. My equalizers were worn completely out. My trailer tires were rubbing the inside of my fiberglass finders. Trailer appears to be lifted 3/4 of an inch. Tires no longer rubbing finders and all of my trailer bushings can now be greased for longer life.

Great product and easy to install.

by:

I installed new springs and didn't get the fender clearance I expected. Ordered and installed these curved equalizers and gained another 1 1/2" of clearance.

by:

Works great

by:

Good quality

by:

by:

Perfect fit. Made my trailer constructed from a one-time use house trailer axles to something a little more stable and sturdy.

by:

Parts were perfect! My trailer brakes and suspension are like brand new again. etrailer is definitely the right place for all my trailer needs.

by:

Equalizer was exact replacement for my trailer. I will buy from etrailer again and recommend them to others. Also great shipping time also.

ThanksArthur

by:

  • How Do You Measure The Height Of An Equalizer?
The height of your equalizer is measured from the center of the horizontal mounting holes, to the center of the upper mounting hole as shown as the 2" measurement in the included diagram of the # TREQ104. If you can send me this measurement, and if you are wanting a standard or cushioned equalizer I would be happy to recommend the correct replacement for you. I included a video of the # TREQ104 for you to take a look at.

This system was designed to fit in place of equalizer # TREQ104 (13-104). Check your equalizers for the part number or just go by the measurements. Other option to improve the ride of the trailer is to use a shock kit such as # LC281255 for 2-3/8 inch diameter round axles or # LC281281 for 3 inch diameter...

The Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00 is the kit I recommend for your 2018 Coachman Apex 250RLS. This kit will replace the Curved Equalizer # TREQ104 that you currently have along with all the standard bolts with wet bolts for your leaf springs. The Dexter Replacement Equalizers # K71-654-00 are the same as the equalizers you get in the above kit. These are generally used if someone already has wet bolts or their equalizers wear out over time. I recommend carrying a Grease...

I would be happy to help you determine the correct replacement equalizer for your 2018 Kauffman flatbed trailer, but unfortunately we do not have a break down of the specific components your trailer uses. Instead you will need to measure your current equalizer center to center of the two horizontal mounting holes, and from the center of the upper hole to the center line of the two horizontal holes. • Using Taller Equalizer to Lift Trailer After Changing to Lower Mounting Holes on Hangers
As you mentioned in your question, we typically recommend replacing existing hangers with taller ones to ensure you get the trailer lift you are wanting. But with that being said, in your particular application, that is what you will essentially be doing since you already adjusted the front and rear hangers to the lower mounting hole. Because of this, replacing the 2 inch tall Equalizer # TREQ104 with the 4 inch tall Equalizer # TREQ310 that you referenced will indeed lift your trailer...

You may be able to use the E-Z Flex kit # K71-652-00. This kit fits if the tandem axle spacing is 33 inches and if the equalizers are # TREQ104 or have the same measurements. The Dexter Heavy-Duty Tandem-Axle Trailer Suspension Kit # K71-449-00 that you referenced is designed for tandem axles with a 35 inch axle spacing and springs that are 1-3/4 inches in width. You would need to move the suspension hangers in the front and in the back on your trailer to use this kit. • Triple Axle Hanger/Equalizer Kit Recommendation for Use with Leaf Springs e46SR
The closest equalizers we carry to the dimensions you mentioned are 5-3/4 inches long and 2 inches tall like the part # TREQ104. The closest triple axle kit we have is the part # APTT3 which has equalizer that are 7-3/4 inches long. I know we spoke earlier and you told me you have a mobile home triple axle trailer. Because of that I would recommend going with the # APTT3 with your springs and having the hangers moved to the appropriate dimensions that the kit calls for.

  • Correct Equalizer for Rvison Trailbay 31BHSS Travel Trailer
I'm assuming that your existing equalizer is 6-1/8 inches long, measured center hole to center hole. If this is the case, we don't offer an equalizer that's 6-1/8 by 2, but we can get you really close with part # TREQ104 which is 5-3/4 inch long by 2 inches tall. The 3/8 inch shorter equalizer will slightly change the angle of your shackle links, which will actually allow a bit more suspension articulation.

  • Best Upgrade for EQ104 Trailer Equalizer
Yes, the E-Z Flex Heavy Duty Rubber Suspension System part # K71-652-00 will be a direct upgrade for the EQ104 Equalizer. The part I really like about the E-Z Flex is that in addition to the cushioned equalizer upgrade which will help smooth out the ride you get much thicker shackle straps which will be more durable and it comes with wet bolts for easy maintenance. Therefore, it's more of a complete suspension upgrade in relation to other kits that simply replace the equalizer.

  • Equalizer Upgrade For 5-3/4 Inch Long Equalizers on Travel Trailer

The Road Armor are too tall to replace these, but we do have an option for an equalizer upgrade designed specifically to replace these equalizers: - Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00 The E-Z Flex # K71-652-00 is for axles with a capacity up to 6,000...

To do this you will want to replace what I assume are the existing nylon bushings in your equalizer and add two of the Bronze Bushings - Qty. 4 # K71-291-00. To replace your current Mor Ryde LRE system and go with an EZ-Flex system is possible, but you will need to replace the center hangers as well as the equalizers to do this. To pick out the correct equalizer will require you to measure the distance between the bolt holes from left to right on your current setup so that you can get the correct EZ Flex.
