Today we will be reviewing part number RR06. This is the Brophy Trailer D-Ring Tie Down, with a recessed swivel. The recessed ring swivel 360 degrees. Everything has a nice zinc-plated finish on it, so its going to stand up well against rust and corrosion. It has bolt-on design for an easy bolt-on installation.
