For a gooseneck hitch for your 2015 Silverado 2500 by Chevrolet that has a short bed that also offers an offset gooseneck ball you would want the Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit # 9465-56.

And then for a 5 inch offset gooseneck ball you would want the #19308.
