For your 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE I recommend Curt trailer hitch # C13105. This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 2 inch receiver.
If you plan on doing some towing with the hitch the recommended ball mount is # C45230. It has a 2-1/2 inch rise and 3-3/4 inch drop. For a 2 inch ball I recommend # 40038. For a 2-5/16 inch ball I recommend # C40007. And for a hitch pin I recommend the classic # PC3.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
I also recommend wiring harness # 118648 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle. I have linked videos showing example installations of the hitch and wiring for you.
