Question:

If I turn the running lights on the turn signals work fine everything lights including tailights up but when i push my brakes the tail lights go out and no brake lights. I have a 1995 Powerstroke and im using the 7way factory plug thats on the truck. I have no Idea where to begin. Thanks

What you're describing is the classic symptom of a poor ground connection somewhere in your trailer lighting system. When all the functions are being used, you're drawing maximum amperage through the system, which is when a ground problem will manifest itself.
Trace the white ground wire back from the trailer connector. The wire will usually ground to the trailer frame somewhere on the trailer tongue. Make sure this connection is secure and not corroded. Each trailer lamp will also have its own ground connection, either by its mounting studs being in direct contact with the trailer frame, or an individual ground wire from each lamp to the trailer frame.
A loose or corroded connection to the trailer frame would cause a poor ground connection, that would lead to the lighting system behaving in the way you described.
I'll link you to a trailer wiring troubleshooting guide, which my might find handy.
