The modern equivalent of the E78-15 tires you have would be 195/75-15, which is a passenger vehicle size. No problem if you're using it on a small motorhome, but if you're speaking of a camper or trailer, you should really use trailer tires. Trailer tires are constructed a bit differently, featuring a thicker sidewall to better handle the vertical load associated with trailers or campers. I've linked you to an article that contains more information about trailer tires and their differences between passenger vehicle tires.

The closest trailer tire size to your E78-15 would be 205/75-15. We have them available in Radial and Bias Ply. I'd recommend radials, because they run cooler, which contributes to longer tire life.

I'll link you to our selection of 205/75-15 tires. They're available in load range C,D and E. You'll want to make sure you choose tires whose total capacity equal or exceed the GVWR of the trailer or camper.
