Suspension Enhancement Recommendation For 2014 Chevrolet Express Van
Question:
I own a 2014 Chevy Express 1500 All Wheel Drive. The vehicle is a conversion van by Explorer Van USA, raised roof and 7 passengers. Because of the weight and specially when passengers are on board the vehicle tend to bounce a lot with the road imperfections. What do you suggest as a suspension enhancement? Air springs, Timbren or others? Thank you.

Expert Reply:
To provide more support in your 2014 Chevrolet Express Van, I recommend the Timbren Vehicle Suspension, part # TGMRG25C. This will not affect the ride of your Express when empty but will help support the suspension when a load is added. The hollow rubber springs act like shock absorbers, and increase stability, along with extending the life of your suspension.
This is a simple installation and replaces the axle bump stops on the frame. This system does not increase the weight carrying capacity of your Express van.
