Ball Mount Recommendation for a Trailer that Requires 7 inches of Drop to Sit Level
Question:
I have looked everywhere but cant seem to find a fixed ball mount with a 7inch drop. Why is that? I see about every other drop from 1-12. Does no one make a 7inch drop or am I missing it? I find it odd. I want a fixed mount. 7inch would level my trailer perfectly but I may have to settle for a 6.

Your best bet would be a 6 inch drop ball mount like part # D-28. When you can't get exactly the drop you need the best bet is to go slightly higher as the tongue weight of the trailer will compress the rear suspension slightly when connected to your tow vehicle allowing the setup to sit as level as possible.
I attached an FAQ on selecting the correct rise/drop ball mount for you to check out as well.
