To pick out the correct ball mount to use with your Curt Hitch part # 13135 on your 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek you will need to determine what rise/drop you will need to tow your trailer level. Check out the FAQ article I attached that details how this would be done.
Once you determine that check out the link I attached that has all of the ball mounts we carry that would fit your hitch where you will be able to select the rise/drop you need from the facet on the left.
