Can Weld-on Bracket Kit # 4916 Be Bolted to a Frame
Question:
Looking at the photos of this product, I see there are bolts holes in the flanges. Am I correct that the receiver tube gets welded but the flanges can be bolted to frame to provide the ~ 10inch ?

The Weld-on Bracket Kit # 4916 is meant to be welded on meaning the crosstube gets welded to the brackets and the brackets to the frame. The brackets went through a design change and may or may not have holes in them. Either way they are meant to be welded on, not bolted on.
