For a hitch I recommend the Curt # C94WR. This fits all models of the 2024 Kia Sportage including your PHEV. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and a max gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs. It has a simple bolt-on installation and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
For wiring, you can use the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C99DR you were looking at. This plugs into the connection points behind your tail lights and then a hot lead runs to your battery. Once installed, you will have a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights. Since this is a PHEV you probably have a separate 12V battery to power accessories. It looks like some of the newer Kia models integrated the 12V system into the main battery so if that is the case I would contact your local dealer to find out the best way to install the wiring harness.
