Hi Hamza,

Honda Civic models with a center exhaust unfortunately prevent the installation of a trailer hitch so the only way to haul your bike(s) would be to use a trunk mounted bike rack or roof rack mounted bike rack. If you'd prefer a trunk mounted bike rack then I recommend the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack # Y02634. If you want to go with a roof rack mounted back rack and don't currently have a roof rack then you'll need the following components:

Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00425
BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y28TR
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers # Y06182
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers # Y06183

From there you can mount a bike rack like the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier # Y02103.

I've attached review videos for both bike racks so that you can get a better idea of how these racks work so that you can make a more informed decision on what is going to work better for you. If you still have questions then just let me know.

@HamzaS No, center exhaust models prevent the installation of a trailer hitch. Your only option would be to install a roof rack and roof rack mounted bike rack.

@Hamza No problem, this is a super common question for Honda, Toyota, Kia, and Hyundai vehicles. Years back they would make some but the exhaust ended up making the metal too hot and was burning people trying to install or remove their accessories. There's a lot of plastic being used on hitch mounted accessories so I'd hate for you to install something and then it melts into the receiver tube and you can't remove it.
