This hidden, custom-fit hitch installs behind your vehicle's rear bumper so that the cross tube is always out of sight. Fully welded, corrosion-resistant receiver easily removes when not in use.

Each Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver undergoes extensive fatigue testing and static testing with the ball mount that is either supplied or recommended for use with that particular hitch, thus ensuring results that are applicable to real life use. Fatigue testing is also conducted on hitches rated for use with weight-distribution systems.
In addition, Draw-Tite performs static testing on a simulated automobile, as opposed to the rigid fixture used for SAE testing, resulting in a more true-to-life scenario.

- What is the Difference in the Hidden Hitches for a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid?The safety chain hangers are mounted in different locations is the only difference between the Hidden Hitch item # DT98GR and item # DT97YR. Both hitches are confirmed to fit a 2023 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. They have a removable 2" receiver, with a 3,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight. BUT the really good news is that this hitch was replaced with our part number # DT97YR which is Draw Tite's part number 76929 which does have the capacities of 3,500 lb trailer and 350 lb tongue weight.

A hitch like the etrailer # e23ZR or Curt # C13416 uses M12-1.25 x 35mm hex bolts. The Draw-Tite # DT82QR uses Bolt M12x1.25x30. The # DT97YR is a different style of installation so it has 1/2"-13 x 2.00 carriage bolts and M12x1.75x100 mm bolts along with other components.
