Will this hitch fit on a 2023 Honda crv hybrid sport that doesn’t have a Hands-Free Liftgate?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76128 won't fit your 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid but you can use the Draw-Tite # DT79MR instead.

I actually like the part # DT79MR over the one you referenced anyways because this style has a hidden crosstube so it not only looks better but it also has better clearance.

Hi there, Is there any hitch product for 2023 CRV sport hybrid (no lift sensor) that doesn't require any fascia trimming at all?

@Hoho Yes there is! You'll want to use the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76128 which has the whole crosstube and receiver located below the rear bumper fascia so you won't need to cut anything. I've linked our installation video of this hitch for you to check out.

When installing the Draw Tite hitch part #DT79MR there is trimming required of the rear fascia to allow the hitch opening to pass through. If you watch the install video I attached you can see the trimming outlined.
