As long as you have enough clearance for the larger Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30850 in your fenders and enough ground clearance with the smaller Kenda 4.80/4.00-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" Galvanized Wheel # AM30070 you should have no issues. Here are the dimensions for the different tires so you can ensure you will have enough clearance. Typically we like to see at least 3" of vertical clearance for fenders and 1" of sidewall clearance to suspension and frame components.

4.80-12, 20.7" tall and 4.9" wide
5.30-12, 21.9" tall and 5.6" wide
4.80-12, 16.1" tall and 4.7" wide
