Can 18K B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch Be Installed on 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 OEM Puck System

I'm currently using the RVK3255 Patriot hitch in my older truck but I'll be upgrading to a 2024 Silverado 3500 and I ordered it with the puck system from the factory. Is there a way to use this ISR style hitch with the pucks or do I have to bite the bullet and get a whole new hitch system?

You can definitely still use your 18K B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3255 with the puck system on your new 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 but using the Curt Adapter Rails # C88KR. These rails anchor to the puck system and provide the ISR connections necessary for the Patriot.
If you'd rather avoid using an adapter kit like this, you'll want to go with the 20K B&W Companion # BWRVK3710 instead. This has the same standard features as the Patriot, but the base is designed to fit directly to the puck system on your truck so you don't have to mess with both a hitch and the adapter rails.
