Is there an electric over hydraulic actuator for disc brakes that is compatible with both a 2019 Tundra and 2023 GMC Sierra OEM controllers.

The Hydrapro Alpha G-1600 # DH94FR you were looking at will work with your 2019 Tundra and 2023 Sierra OEM brake controllers. The G-1600 has a built-in compatibility adapter so it will work with any factory or after-market brake controller set to EOH.
