The Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B and W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches that you referenced, part # BWGNRK1110-5W, will fit your 1995 F-350 4WD single-rear-wheel truck with factory overload springs whether it is a 6-1/2-foot bed or an 8-foot bed. It will also fit the heavy-duty 6-1/2-foot bed model. With this installation kit in place you can then mount the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W.
The king pin will generally sit above to slightly forward of the center line of the rear axle. B and W specifies in their installation instructions for the under bed kit (which are attached for your reference) that the center of the ball should be positioned 49-inches forward of the rear edge of the truck bed. This dimension applies to both 6-1/2-foot and 8-foot bed lengths according to my contact at B and W.
