Tandem #11 Torflex Lift Kit K71-724-02 is this the lift kit i need for a 31 ft airstream with tandem axle and i believe the bolt holes are 9.5inch on center.

Yes, for a Torflex # 11 tandem axle trailer the part # K71-724-02 is the correct kit to use. It has holes that are 9-1/2 inches apart like you mentioned as well.

If you have a Lippert 3,500 lb Square Torsion Axle then the correct lift kit is the Axle Riser Kit part #LC382741. That said, none of the Dexter Torflex Lift Kits like part #K71-725-02 will work.

I sent your axle info to Dexter and they were able to determine that you have a set of 7k Dexter Torflex axles so the correct lift you need is the part #K71-725-02 which will give you a lift of 3-1/8 inches.
