Will this hitch ball setup work with factory installed tow package on an Audi q7 2021? I am not sure if we will need sway control for our trailer but would like to have option if needed.

Yes, the Curt RockerBall 2-5/16" Shock Absorbing Hitch Ball and Ball Mount w/ Sway Control Tab # C45WR will fit and work with the factory 2 inch hitch on your 2021 Audi Q7.

The sway control is the Curt Friction Sway Control # 17200.

The ball of the Curt RockerBall 2-5/16" Shock Absorbing Hitch Ball and Ball Mount w/ Sway Control Tab #C45WR is not installed or torqued down when it arrives. You'll need to torque the nut to 250 ft lbs.
