How to Make Sure 5th Wheel Rails are Square and Straight before Mounting Trailer Hitch
Question:
I bought the Curt no drill brackets and rails 16441 and was advised that it was compatible with the Lil Rocker hitch. It isnt. Dont know why but the pin holes dont line up. Perhaps the Lil Rocker is torque a bit, I dont know. My question is simple. If I order the C16115 will it into the bracket/rail kit I already bought? I had the bracket/rail kit professionally installed so I know it was done right.

We have always found the Lil Rocker as a fit for industry standard rails. It is possible like you said that it was twisted or bend somehow. You can also check that the rails are lined up properly by measuring from the center of the outside mounting slot diagonally to the center of the opposite slot on the other rail. Then repeat with the other side outside slot.
The measurements should be the same. If not then the rails are not square. Take a look at the picture to see what I mean. I also included the side to side and front to back measurements of the mounting slots on center. The green arrows are the diagonal measurements you want to take.
The Curt hitch, # C16115, also fits in industry standard rails and will fit the Curt installation kit you have installed.
