Lube Plate And Lifting Device Needed For B&W And Demco Fifth Wheel Hitches

Thank you. I am about to place an order. I want the lifting device. Is there anything else I may need like the lube plate?

If you go with the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3770 you could use a lube plate like part # RP83002 to help prevent scratches to hitch head instead of using messy grease. if you go with the Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # DM8550035 you wouldn't be able to use a lube plate.
As for the lifting device, B&W has part # BWRVXA3130, which you lock into the jaws of the hitch and tie to a hoist to help lift the hitch up out of the bed. For the Demco hitch you would need part # DM6100 instead.
