Why Won't The Linc Remote For Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System Sync To The System
Question:
Lippert Ground Control 3 Remote issue. Main Issue – Handheld/LINC Remote will not connect or pair with the Ground Control 3 system. Ground Control 3 system – purchased from etrailer.com in October 2022 but was not installed until 2 weeks ago. Info printed on 6 point control board 803279-25055 OneControl, GC 3.0 Advantage, 6pt Fifth Wheel Leveler picture of controller attached. All other functions work correctly, auto-level, landing gear and leveling jacks all operate. I was able to zero calibration and auto-level functions as expected. Incoming voltage, 13.6V shown on touchpad, verified at batteries. When following the procedures in the aftermarket install manual, document CCD-0001498 page 22, step 5, “With the touch pad turned off, press LEFT five 5times Fig. 49A, and then RIGHT five times Fig. 49B.” There is no response from the touchpad – Step 6 “”The LCD on the touch pad should read “Wireless Configuration.” Wireless configuration does not display and the touchpad remains blank and dark no LCD backlight. No errors showing on controller. Need to know what the next steps are to resolve this issue.

If you're referring to the OneControl/Linc remote (pictured below) then you'll need to check the controller for your Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System # LC675817 to see if it has the antenna. If not then the remote is essentially useless and was mistakenly included with your kit.
