The Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35 does include both right and left hand brake assemblies, but it does not include the drums or mounting hardware. The mounting hardware is pretty straight forward with part # BRKH10B, but the drums will be a little more complicated. But not overly so.

What you will need to do to find the correct hub/drum is determine the bolt pattern of your current set up. This is a pretty easy thing to do, but you will need to take an accurate measurement from the center of one lug bolt to the center of the lug bolt next to it (see picture for clarification). I have the measurements listed below with the corresponding hub/drum as well. If you have 6 lugs, you can skip all this and go with the # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K.

2-5/8", then the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2" - # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K
2-3/4", then the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-3/4" - # AKHD-5475-35-K
3", then the bolt pattern is 5 on 5" - # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K
3-1/4", then the bolt pattern is 5 on 5-1/2" - # AKHD-555-35-EZ-K

All these options come pre-greased and ready to go. They utilize the same inner and outer bearings ( # L68149 and # L44649 respectively) as well as the # 58846 grease seal (ID: 1.719" - OD: 2.565") which are all used on 3,500 pound axles, making them easy to find and replace when needed. These all include an easy-lube style grease cap, but can also be used on standard spindles.
