When replacing a grease seal, the metal part of the seal will face towards the inside of the trailer and the rubber part of the seal will face toward the back side of the wheel. The air side of the seal is the flat side of the seal and faces out when it is installed in the hub.
The item you selected, Oil Seal, part # 9103309, is designed to be used with hubs that use gear lube instead of grease.
If you can send me the inner and outer bearing numbers that are stamped on the bearings, and tell me if the trailer bearings use grease or oil I can recommend the correct parts you will need.
I have linked an FAQ on replacing trailer bearings, races, and seals.
