I need a rebuild kit I think. The towing arms are very difficult to extend or retract. Do you have the parts for this Sterling Road master number 009991?

We've checked with Roadmaster in the past and for your serial number the correct release arm repair kit would be the part # RM-910003-30. Due to the age of your tow bar it would probably be a good idea to replace it with a new Sterling part # RM-576 though.
