What Keeps the Sleeve In Place on the Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin for 2" Trailer Hitches

Hi, What keeps the Sleeve in place since the cotter pin is 1 or 2 inches away from it, cant the sleeve slide out

In regards to the Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin for 2" Trailer Hitches part # SHP2061, the sleeve is held in place with friction (the force applied to the ball mount inside the receiver via the wedge bolt and hitch bolt). It's possible that the sleeve can move slightly but there's not enough space for it to fall out since the retainer clip will stop it. It doesn't look like this has been an issue for anyone else either as I searched though all our reviews and was not able to see anyhow who had issues with it moving around.
