The Flex Air pin boxes like the # LC65VR are not compatible with the Andersen Ultimate adapters like # AM3200 due to the amount of movement the pin box allows forward and back. The most similar option that is compatible is the Trailair part # LC158778 which has the vertical cushioning but does not have the front and back cushioning. These are designed to use the current hardware that the old pin box uses so it does not come with any.

To use the Curt Flex Air pin box part #LC65VR with a Pullrite Superglide fifth wheel hitch you'd need to get the correct capture plate from Pullrite. We don't carry Pullrite hitches at this time so we can't get you that.

PullRite Slider Hitches can be used with the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box #LC328492 that you referenced. All you need is the correct capture plate but you can get that from Pullrite. It should be part number PR_331756 or PR_331760.
