Yes, according to Curt the # C67FR fits your 2023 Kia Soul as long as you don't have the 1.6L Turbo. This hitch features a bolt-on installation, a concealed cross tube, and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Since it is a Class I hitch you will need to make sure any accessories you want to use are Class I compatible.
