Recommended Hitch for a 2023 Kia Soul

I need a hitch with a 2" receiver for a 2023 Kia Soul.

To add a 2" hitch to your 2023 Kia Soul, I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT25GR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Kia with included hardware. It will not fit the 1.6L Turbo model.
I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts behind your rear bumper cover leaving only the 2" x 2" receiver exposed.
The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT25GR is a class III hitch, with a 2" receiver, that weighs 27 lbs. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 300 lbs maximum tongue weight. This hitch can not be used with weight distribution systems.
I have linked a couple of pictures below so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C89KR and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C89KR can be used with both LED and incandescent bulbs. I have linked an installation video below.
