Would these hurt or help a travel trailer that has shocks and a CRE3000?

The only compatibility issue I can see is if your shocks are mounted directly above the center of the leaf springs or the top bracket has been replaced to accommodate the shocks. If either of these are not an issue then the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs item # TSS-107-40 will be a great addition to your travel trailer's suspension.

I have linked a demonstration video below along with the instructions so you can see how this system works and the process to get them installed. These SumoSprings are sold as a pair so you will need one set per axle.
