Does B and W Patriot Slider Hitch Fit Same Rails as Reese 5th Wheel Hitch

I currently have a Reese 16k fifth wheel hitch with in bed rails in my 2015 ram 2500. Will this BandW Patriot 18k hitch fit into my existing rails? Thanks.

The B and W Companion hitch requires a B and W gooseneck hitch. If you have the #RP30154 then the B and W hitch you would need the Patriot #BWRVK3255 which fits the rail design of the adapter. These hitches have very similar head designs too.
