B&W Patriot Pivot Head Position on 2021 Ford F-250 Short Bed

Question:

Ordered a 18k Patriot Fifth wheel hitch. I will be installing it on my 2021 Ford F-250 short bed. I have a Rockwood signature fifth wheel that has a Reese Revolution pin box. I want to know where to position the pivot arms for the best tow experience. Should I mount them forward or back? I have the SWW-06 wedge to lock it in place.

For the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # BWRVK3255 we actually have a great installation video created; I have linked it below. I have attached a help article for 5th wheel installation tips as well. You will need to measure your king pin height to determine your needed height positioning on the B&W Patriot, I suggest starting at the 2" back from cab position.
