For your 2006 Keys Trailer, I recommend going with the:
-Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System # ACM135C for a white unit, or # ADV44FR for black.
These are 13.5K Btu units that is compatible with ducted or ductless systems, a 6-blade fan with three speeds for increasing / decreasing airflow, and includes the necessary mounting hardware and wiring harness.
