The tow bar wiring kit I would recommend for your 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is the Roadmaster Diode Kit part # RM-15267 which we had chance to install on a similar 2022 Wrangler Unlimited and shot an install video for which I attached to this page. This uses the easy to install and very reliable diodes to connect and control the taillights plus it has a 7-way connection for the tow vehicle side so it would connect right to your motorhome.
