Trailer Hitch Recommendation for a 2003 BMW 325xi Wagon
Question:
How do I remove the rear fascia?

Expert Reply:
For a 2003 BMW 3 series wagon the correct trailer hitch is # C11174. On this particular hitch installation the fascia does not get removed.
If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount is # C45510 and you can use pin and clip # PC2. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch use # 19258. To add trailer wiring use # C59236. I have included links to the instructions for the hitch and wiring and a video showing a typical installation of the hitch. The vehicle in the video is not a wagon but installation will be basically the same.
