Your Draw-Tite I-Stop IQ Brake controller 20191 is very similar to the Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller # TK90160 we carry. With the nc error on the screen the controller is not getting a ground signal through the brake wire. You will need to use a Test Light # PTW2993 along the brake wire in your truck through the trailer to the brakes. I have included an image of the 7-way truck connectors below so you can test the power at the connector first to determine if the issue is on the truck side or the trailer side. By connecting the test light to a good ground connection on your truck and touching the tip of the test light to the brake wire you should get the nc to change to a c. This completes the circuit and tells the controller it is connected to a trailer.
