After doing some research The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16418-204 is confirmed to fit your 2002 Chevrolet Silverado and will work well with the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16115. Using the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16418-204 will minimize drilling and the brackets will mount to the existing holes on your Chevrolet Silverado's frame. The rails are compatible with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky 5th wheel hitches.
Because you're using a 5th wheel hitch I also recommend The Demco 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # DM8555002 if your vehicle already has the factory 7-way. Using this harness will simplify the hookup of your 5th wheel trailer. The harness will plug into the existing wiring and retain use of the factory 7-pole at the bumper. This harness also has a 90 degree connector that fits into tight spaces, which in my opinion makes it one of the better harnesses that we offer for your Silverado.
