The Curt SecureLatch Pintle Hook with 2" Ball # CU37FR (48407) requires a hitch ball with a 1-1/4" shank. The collar the shank fits into is 2" tall(see image). We do carry a 2" Replacement Ball # CU67FR as well as a 2-5/16" Ball # CU77FR from Curt made specifically for the SecureLatch hitches.
