In order to tow a trailer with a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe you'll first need to start with a trailer hitch and for this I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98843 which offers a direct bolt-on fit. It has a 2" opening with class III rating so it will be great for towing or hitch mounted accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier.
In order to complete your towing setup you'll also need a 7-way trailer wiring harness and for this I recommend the Tekonsha # TK44ZR.
