Trailer Coupler for 2-1/2 inch Wide Tongue for 2 inch Hitch Ball

I am looking for a stright tongue trailer coupler with a 2 ball, 2 1/2 frame and bolts that are 4 center to center. This is for a Car Dolly so it needs to be Class 2. I cant find the 4 bolt pattern on your site, do you sell something like this?

We have couplers that match most of what you are looking for like with the etrailer coupler part # CT-3002-Z as this fits a 2-1/2 inch wide trailer tongue, fits a 2 inch ball, but the mounting holes are 3 inches apart instead of 4. We don't have anything that has 4 inches here.
