Im looking to put a hitch on my 2020 edge st, I was wondering if you have one that works and will it affect my kick sensor?

Yes, we do have a hitch for your 2020 Ford Edge St and it will only affect your kick sensor in the center by the 2" x 2" receiver. Other than that it will function normally. I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e36RR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Edge with included hardware.
I really like this hitch because of its superior rust protection that is provided by the matte black powder coat finish. The flat black paint also does a better job of blending in beneath your vehicle than other hitches with a glossy shiny finish.
I have linked an installation video below along with a picture of this hitch installed on a Ford Edge we had here not long ago.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118805 and a ball mount kit item # C45534. This wiring harness does not fit the Titanium models. You would need the item # C73FR for the Titanium.
