Transferring Thule TracRac TracOne Ladder Rack From a 2014 Toyota Tacoma To a 2022 Tacoma

I have just purchased a 2022 Tacoma. I have a Tracrac from my old 2014 Tacoma in good condition. However, the truck rail dimensions are larger by about 3/4 in. Is there an adaptor or modified clamp mechanism sold to use my old rack on my new truck? Or would clamps from a new Tracrac used with my old rack make the connection? Or do you have another suggestion aside from buying a new set of Tracrac ?

The only difference between the Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack # TH27000XT-500 which fits your 2014 Toyota Tacoma and the Rack # TH27000XT-501 which fits your 2022 Toyota Tacoma is the mounting kit. For your 2022 it uses the Mount Kit # TH41501 while your 2014 uses Kit # TH41500.

If you have a different rack than the Rack # TH27000XT on your current Tacoma please let me know what model it is so I can ensure you if the new mount kit will still work on your rack.

The Thule Hullavator #TH898 is designed to fit the same channel dimensions that your TracRac ladder rack has so there really isn't any reason the Hullavator couldn't fit the TracRac bars. TracRac is also made by Thule as well.

The Replacement Bottom Infill part #8880635 was designed to fit a channel 3/8 inches in width and would easily fit a thickness of 1/8 of an inch so this would work for you although it was designed for Yakima bars.

For a replacement for the TracRac SR racks use #TAFX-30007-02 which is 69-1/2 inches long. It also fits TracOne, T-Rac Pro2, and UtilityRac SR ladder racks.
