What are the Wire Designations For the Pollak 7-Pole RV-Style Trailer Connector # PK12706
Question:
Pretty sure your diagrams of the 7-way connector conflict. You have to take into consideration where the notchfoot is on the plug since that determines how it will plug into to the tow vehicle. If you look at your descriptions, the diagram on the left is completely wrong in describing which blades are which. The blade to the left of the notch says 4 12V Battery Power. It should be 1 White...and so forth.

I completely understand the confusion, however the diagram that is listed on the Pollak 7-Way RV-Style Trailer Connector # PK12706 is correct.
The picture on the right side is the mirror image of the picture on the left.
The raised portion at 12 oclock that orients the male plug in the female socket is on the outside housing and the notch on the bottom of the inside portion is for a raised portion at 6 oclock inside the housing.
