It sounds like you are needing the Upgraded Circuit Protected Tail Light Converter # 119178KIT for your motorhome. This will allow you to connect to the separate turn signal and brake lights on your motorhome and will combine the turn signal/brake lights for the trailer. This terminates into a 4-way flat connector.
If your trailer uses a 7-way the Hopkins Endurance Multi-Tow 4-Way Flat to 7-Way RV Trailer Adapter # HM47180 will allow you to plug in the 4-way and give you connections for adding the wiring for a Brake Controller # 90195, charge line and reverse lights.
