Comparing Curt and etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver For a 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon
Question:
Howdy! Wondering what the difference between Curt C67JR, and ETraiter # e25TR is besides gloss/ matte black finish. Many Thanks

The only difference between the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C67JR and our etrailer Receiver # e25TR is the gloss powder coat on the Curt versus the matte powder coat on the etrailer. Both will fit your 2022 Subaru Outback the same as we have our etrailer receiver produced by Curt. With the USA made quality and attention to detail of the Curt receiver we know we can stand behind their product as our own. Personally I feel the matte finish on the etrailer blends in best with the fascia trim and gives it a more factory appearance.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118467 will provide you with a 4-way flat trailer connector. I recommend routing the 4-way outside the rear compartment and mounting it to the end of the receiver with the Mounting Bracket # C58001. This will make it easier to connect to your trailer or Auxiliary Lights # C53201. These lights are needed if your hitch mounted accessory impairs the view of your tail lights.
